New girl at work. Yes I know, don't shit where you eat, but this is a low wage job that I will soon quit. She is 19, I am 26. Hit it off really well. 3 weeks went by with lots of flirting, teasing, kino. She's eyeing me all the time. We got really close, having lunch break together in the work canteen every day. Yesterday we had a pre new years party with the colleagues from from work. She was there, sitting next to me. She asked me to go out for fresh air. I went, there was a lot of people so I didn't kiss her. Later I asked her if she wants to go out for air again. We walked a little bit away from the restaurant so nobody can see us. Tried to kiss her and she gave me the cheek saying "please don't, I didn't come for this". We went inside. I was acting cold.

Then after we went home she was texting me all the time. She seemed like she was regretting it. Now we don't see each other because we have 2 weeks off work for the holidays. She is texting me on instagram all the time.
