I work with 3 women and 3 men. Thankfully my immediate supervisor is male. We work in a tech support call center. Working with the girls is ....like working with children.

One is this over 55 shrew of a woman. I mean she can be nice but whines a bunch. Honestly if she just stuck to her job I wouldnt dislike as her as much.

Another just hit the wall pretty hard at 30. She paid for her boyfriends college tuition and is shocked that he recently graduated and didnt find a job immediately. She just gripes to the men in the office about it as if it's our fault. Good luck finding a job in this climate.

The other girl is a bit younger but married to a super beta. I hate to call any dude that but it's not a good setup. She is kinda bossy but also super anxious. You can tell that she is bleeding insecurity but women are like that.

As of late the girls have been complaining saying the guys don't work that hard. They whine about EVERYTHING. We recently got new equipment despite having budget cuts and they STILL complained. Now I know it's their natural state but come on.

Then I realized something. Myself and a couple other guys in the office are around 30, single , no kids and no student debt. It KILLS these women that we get to go home and relax and not have to answer to a woman telling us what to do. Now we are by no means lazy and maximize our time..but it's really nice to be able to leave that craziness at work.
