Girl, no. When you say seen him in an intimate setting.... You've in some way interacted with his penis I'm guessing? This is a hard no. It wasn't a date that ended in no physical contact and no follow up - you fooled around with his BROTHER. Even if it was just a kiss I'd still probably say no. You can explain it to him if you like because you've hit it off but you are completely justified in ghosting immediately because of learning this fact. However you want to handle it is up to you but DO NOT let things go any further.

I think it depends how you feel, maybe go on a date with the brother and see if you feel comfortable despite the memory? It doesn't seem like you had anything passionate/dramatic with the brother so he shouldn't take it badly.. I don't think this past experience should get in the way of it, assuming you feel comfortable and like the new guy. I wouldn't tell him that you hooked up with his brother until after the date. I get this qualm when I date guys who are close friends too lol.
