A good LTR is possible so long as you can remain Alpha 80%/Beta 20%. A big problem in relationships is that things get stagnant after a while. If she's not getting off on you, she'll probably find someone else.

Ask yourself this question: where did you get the idea of "a serious loving relationship".

If you think that alpha male traits is going to help you be better with woman especially in a relationship, then you're getting it all wrong. An alpha man is going to have a higher chance with woman because he is what he is, not because of certain traits that woman started to see him as of some value, in fact, his very own presence is the value.

There's always analysis of the behavior of Alpha and Beta going on in the manosphere but the why was often neglected. These analysis are there to confirm the AFBB side of things but never should they be used as guidelines to navigate the SMP. Understand the context of the behavior, not the action taken.

Now, to answer your question, the only way you're going to be good at something, is to practice it. Sure you can practice on one woman but in reality, you always will be overcompensating. It's like practicing 3 points basketball shoot by standing on one single spot. You teammate will have to play extra hard to put you in the spot for you to score.

Plate theory is an abstraction, it is not asking you fuck as many whores as you can.
