I think that pay gap is really easy to fix. We just need to legally bind women to take high-risk/high-reward jobs with real jail time should they refuse.

Here's what I'm pretty sure happened -

Many office jobs were forced to go WFH, where it became blatantly obvious that a large number of women aren't actually productive, because it's hard to brown-nose and dump your work on the nearest simp when people only see you on Zoom calls
