Confused, What is the Difference between "Fun Mindset" and "Ooh la la!" from the book of POOK?

Monsieur POOK says "The focus should be you and not the women".

Monsieur POOK says "On the dates or while talking to girls or approaching a girl etc etc..., have a fun mindset i.e you should be having fun, for all women like the fun guys".

Monsieur POOK says "Ooh la la! is what should be going through your head while approaching a girl, talking to girls, or On the dates. Just "ooh la la".

What is the difference between these 3 statements?

Are they the same thing? or are they fundamentally different?
