I read a little of the article. She mostly complained about working long hours. Too bad, so sad. This isn't a Sunday afternoon tea party - you're actually expected to work and prove yourself. Kinda like boot camp. they need to weed out the ones that can't make it.

And they had to wear a name-tag every day. That's an easy one. You're given a name tag because at that point you are not important enough to waste time remembering your name.

Her face reek of entitlement. The thing of goldman sachs traineeship is their traineeship is to

weed out those who are suitable for investment banking career- the ability to work under pressure and long hours. It really needs discipline and dedication, not measured by the classification of ur major.

Weed out those who happen to take easy major like business or liberal arts and have a first class from it.

Diversity hires have corrupted the ideal of hiring the best for the job.

At least goldman sach made right decision to ensure that they are hiring the right person to run their critical department.

There is reason why most of the managing directors are guys from engineering/stem. Refer to video where ex goldman sach director from mit mech engineering , mba from sloan and juris doctor from harvard giving a lecture to students

For men, stress seems to come from a combination of high volumes of challenging work, tight deadlines, very little relief from the burden and virtually zero margin for error.

For women, stress seems to come from having a job. Of virtually any kind.

What this should tell us is that most women don't belong in most workplaces if they're doing anything more complicated than brewing coffee and answering phones. Most women are simply not equipped to do the things that most men can do with ease. Women should be homemaking instead of career-building.
