My day is spent as if I live in an empty world. I do not acknowledge women, I pay them no notice, and I carry on as if they don't exist.

Never initiate any conversations with women, return banal comments about the weather or whatever with equally banal replies but no follow up.

"Sunny day, huh?"

'Sure is." and I keep on walking.

Treat every woman as a troublesome, time-wasting child.

Avoid contact if possible.
If you cannot avoid contact, keep all interactions,friendly, polite and civil. Keep things short and focused on what you need done. I tend to use ma'am a lot (young or old, pretty or not), it de-sexualizes her right on the spot. I have a slight drawl so she just assumes its a southern thing. If it pisses her off the more I call her ma'am.
Keep your distance. Do not be alone with her, except to do work. Focus on the work, record if possible.
Engage in small top only enough to be considered polite, 2-3 minute then "I'm late for..... got run..." Again friendly, polite but keep it short.
When asked personal stuff, keep it short and relatively uninteresting. Women will move on. If point plank asked if you have a girlfriend, the answer is always yes.
Dress boring. As in caqui pants polo shirt IT guy level of boring.
Ignore any flirting attempts, pretend you didn't hear it: "...sorry, I missed that...", "What was that you said...." . Most women will throw something out there on the sly but back off second attempts. Or stick to the topic but do not engage in the double entendre

To summarize. Minimize contact, keep things polite/professional and be boring. Give her a face saving way out of a flirting attempt, that way you avoid HR/Title IX/police issues. Giving her plausible deniability or manipulating her into her rejecting you will save you much grief.

Go read up on signs guys missed threads. They are funny as hell but will also tell you a lot of the shit women try to pull to get their guy. Also if a woman is not pulling this level of shit on you, she is not interested and is just being "friendly", "professional", "just doing her job" or has you marked as beta bux.

Yes, even my short old ass gets flirted with from time to time, I even get a cat call or two. Some stuff women do is so in your face the only answer you have is "....TMI woman..." or "...you need a BOB (Battery Operated Boyfriend)..." or "...go to your bunk..." (for you Firefly fans out there).
