How do you deal with women who counter everything you say

Basically when i tell women something or command them they always counter it.

Example: hey why don't you go outside you have been working the entire day. They respond annoyed: why dont you go out side. My respond: yes i will so how about you..... and then they try to cut you off acting annoyed. And i think in my head like b*tch you cant even have a nice talk?

Why you trying so hard to ruin the mood every time. It is such a mood killer. And then they complain about good communication. As if good communication is only important when they want "good" communication and if they don't want good communication they don't even care and act like we annoy them.

So how do you deal with women and actually everyone in general who always counter or try to ruin the mood or act like you annoy them
