I, a white male, worked for a govt. agency for 8.5 years. This position was very competitive and required both a master's degree and a supervised internship. Then this agency decided to adopt a diversity policy. They created a new position just like mine: Same title, duties, pay, etc. They hired a black female with nothing but an associate's degree. I was shocked as I realized that this agency valued diversity over specialized education, training and experience. So I started looking for jobs elsewhere and took a new position six states away. One casualty of diversity is highly professional, educated, experienced, and seasoned employees such as me. I could either accept this or move on and I moved on. Diversity is truly dumbing down the workforce with less qualified hires. Sincerely.

2 out of 13 people being male is clearly "diverse" and "equitable", everyone. And of course, female employees in the comments are all like "I am sooo proud to be part of / working for this great institution". There is 1 guy however, who commented that hiring a "diversity director" is probably not the best use of the (I'm assuming large chunk of) money that will go to this new director. And he's right, someone (I'm guessing the woman in front) will be getting paid a pretty penny for literally just enforcing that those who will get hired in the future shall be "diverse" enough. Forget how competent they are or what qualifications they have, no, all that matters in clown world is how many "victim points" the applicant has.

Any time they hire white women and call it diverse, it needs to be relentlessly attacked for having too many white people. I'm dead serious.

A few months ago it was "Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity" but "DIE" was a little too on the nose. So they all (overnight, it seems) changed it to "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion".

Remember, you can't have "DIE YT" without "DIVERSITY".

All I see when I look at that picture is. This function/organization/group is 100% tax dollar funded. Taxes taken from men working real jobs.
