Being healthy isn't a bad thing. This post almost makes no sense. Is not being fat also overrated?

working out is great mentally, it gives you more confidence, reduces anxiety. But more than that, working out makes you more attractive. And being more attractive make life easier, people will be nicer to you.

The feeling i get after a workout is euphoric.

The feeling that im getting stronger is superhuman.

People always notice (both men and female) me in a group of people and often say that they see that i workout and they admire that, some ask for advice, which is very good feeling.

Exercise has many mental benefits, gives you energy and is the best anti - depressant, which boost my mood and positive thinking by a lot.

If you don't want these benefits then you are either dumb or lying to yourself and searching for excuses not to workout.

Because it's good for your attitude. I gives you something's by to control and look forward to. You'll have more energy, look and feel better. But if you don't want muscles, it's ok. Not everyone has self discipline.

Yes while the “just lift and you’ll get laid bro” philosophy on here isn’t true, the health benefits you get both physically and mentally make working out worth it. Don’t do it for bitches do it for yourself.

"Stronger people are harder to kill, and in general more useful." Stop being a fat fuck and get time under the barbell. Yeah ok, you don't have to get yoked but you d run the risk of becoming skinny fat or overweight.

"Working out is overrated" - wrong, it is hugely underrated. Check out a vid on the lines of "if workout was a pill". Has huge health advantages, more focus, and many other benefits that I can vouch for. Workout was the spark that made me interested in other areas of self improvement and it is one of the best habits to cultivate.

Now, I know you arent saying exercising. You are saying getting super buff and big. And that I would still say people underrate it beause most people dont even go after that physique. Only a small percentage does and they truly enjoy going to the gym. Is that physique overrated for me? Yeah but I still wouldmt mind spending my time trying to achieve it.

I think that what most people in these comments are worried about is that it seems like you are trying to excuse yourself from working out. Hopefully that isnt true and you are legitimately asking about getting super bulk. If you think it wastes your time then think about how much you want to do and how much time you are spending in ither areas of your life. Working out 4 times a week in 2 hours sessions is quite a lot for some people and thats just 6 hours a WEEK! Most average people spend 6 HOURS on YouTube or on their phone DAILY!. So it all depends on what you want to do with your time.

A lean physique with decent lean mass is an advantage in the dating game. Some people also enjoy bodybuilding as a hobby.

As far as time goes it only takes 3-4 hours a week to see progress.
