You should've called it quits after she agreed, you're texting too much for her given level of interest. Save the "basics" for when you actually hang with her. Also, mandatory LOGISTICS reminder.

After she said “sounds like a plan” you should have stopped right there and said “Great! Looking forward to it” or something like that. This gives her the option to either say nothing and end the conversation, or come back with something else to keep things going. Good way to gauge desire and leave the ball in her court as you said

Your first mistake was accepting that she wouldn't be free for a week. Golden Rule #46 of game: Only set dates that are no more than two to three days after the ask. Too much shit happens in the meantime if you wait a week. How do I know? I've been testing it for years.

Two to three days out max. If not you run the risk of her meeting too many new guys, getting fucked by her ex, for her friends to try to make plans, for her work to stress her out. Mistake two, was not driving the conversation forward. You left things in her court. Never do this.

Golden rule #084: Always lead and set direction. You tell her she can call you if she ever wants to talk. What you did is give her wiggle room to dance out. Next mistake, is believing you can keep interest through text. You can sound funny and charming all you want, but if she isn't with you face to face, it's not real to her.

The interest you create all has to do with how long she's gone without seeing you and how soon you can get her to meet. So what do you do? Here's a sample script I use that gets women to show up.

Me: Let's do coffee at xyz location

Her: That sounds pretty fun

Me: I'm pretty busy, but I have some free time tomorrow around 6 and 5.p.m. the day after. (Never give her wiggle room to change times. She's operating in your reality because it's YOUR TIME THAT'S VALUABLE. Not hers. You are the prize)

Her: tight schedule, I'm not free until after 7 and i have to go to sleep soon after

Me: Don't worry, i don't plan on keeping you long. I just know we won't need a lot of time to create a magical vibe.

Her: okay i can meet you there for 30 minutes or so.

Me: Cool. I'll meet you/pick you up there at xyz time. Call me if you ever want to know how much fun, crazy trouble your getting yourself into (this line helps eliminate flaking as most girls get nervous last minute and will likely call you to verify you're still cool). it's not exactly what i say but that's the principle.

Her: sounds good.

End conversation

Save texting for logistics. Honestly just leave her on read at this point. Use it as ambiguity.
