Any of you guys play the Nintendo Switch? What games do you like on it?

Minecraft just doesn’t get old, the re playability is insane. I always find new things to do and I haven’t even completed it yet.

When I got it for my son I was like “the fuck is with this shit? Why’s it so popular?!” A few years on I’m into it more than him!

Also I think Skyrim, and legend of Zelda breath of the wild are near perfection for me.

I don't have a switch, but if I did i would love to play Luigi's Mansion 3. The original was amazing, and the game play I have seen of 3 looks like it will be a great game as well.

Baba Is You is amazing if you like puzzles. Mario Maker 2 if you're a creative type or enjoy custom levels. And the NES and SNES classics I grew up on, those are my favorites.

I was pretty addicted to Splatoon 2 but stopped playing it when Nintendo started charging for online play.

Recently I've been playing Mario 3D All-stars. It's my first time playing Mario Sunshine and this game is difficult for me.

Switch kinda sucks for game selection if you are an adult. It does have mature games, but not as many as other platforms. Most of those games will be available on other platforms as well. Also Nintendo's pricing is abysmal. They leave most of their games sitting at $60 even after they have been out for years. There is also no return policy at all on the Nintendo store.

Dude I know you said puzzle games, but ever since I tried monster hunter 3 on the wii u, I fell in love with that game. Mh4 is the pinnacle of the handheld series imo but there's a new one out on the switch I think. I don't know how that is, but I love me some monster hunter.

I'm gonna be getting Monster Hunter Rise when it comes out but currently my switch is a Ring Fit Adventure machine. Outside of RFA at the moment, I play the classic Donkey Kong Country games when I get really bored as they still hold up to this day in my eyes.

That is when I'm not busy at work more or less every blooming day.

I do agree that Baba is You is a great game from what I've watched some content creators on youtube put out (i.e. NorthernLion). Some other digital games I would recommend are Streets of Rage 4, Slay the Spire, Hollow Knight but make sure to look them up on youtube before taking the plunge on getting them to see if they are your cup of tea. NOTE: other beverages are available.

Animal Crossing is the ultimate relaxation game. Pokemon is usually solid. Outside of that, ported games and usually okay. Sonic Mania is available.

Had one for a year then sold it and 10 games to a local used game store, I played the games but just never touched the switch much, figured might as well sell and get some return back. Even now with my gaming pc I seldom find time for much gaming, but I use the pic for design work so it has a better purpose.

Depends on what genre of games you like tbh. The switch has hands down been my favorite console since i can pick up and play. As a parent it's great when your kid wants to watch something and your gaming session isn't interrupted. Heck even if my son asks to play many switch games offer local co-op so we can play together. Heck the switch has gotten many ports if other franchises from other consoles.

For me Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate has been my most played at nearly 1000 hours and at the end of march Monster Hunter Rise.

In fact i had to get a micro SD card after Christmas so i can download more games.I got some of my favorites that got ported Devil May Cry 3, Final Fantasy 7 and Street Fighter. Been thinking about trying Warframe out on the switch as well. I'm gonna pick up Dark Souls Remaster when it goes on sale. Plan on getting Smash Bros and all the DLC. Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 was pretty fun (especially with local co-op) My son likes Animal Crossing, Crash Bandicoot and Spyro.

For an upcoming title, Monster Hunter Stories 2. Its like Pokemon, but with Monster Hunter monsters, and its supposed to release this July (barring delays).

One of my favorite franchises has been Mega Man. I got my son into it as well, and recently got him MM11. If you like a solid platformer, it is great! Feels very much like playing a mix between MM2 and Mega Man X.

Edit: if you want an old school feeling with some real difficulty, try cuphead, game is nuts!

I tried console gaming with the Switch first, there's a few decent games on there, but ultimately moved to PS4 for more mature/violent games (and better graphics), then I ended up just streaming Steam from my pc to my Android TV (the app is called Steam Link) , which has been the best setup for me.
