I watched it. Absolutely heartbreaking. These were real people with dreams and aspirations just like anyone else. Someone's daughter, someone's sister. Young women should never have to feel afraid.

Governments in Latin countries have failed their people so gangs dominate the land like savages. The gang violence in hispanic countries ruined the chances of safety and success for every single citizen. Gangs feed off of machismo culture embedded deep within hispanic culture. Many hispanic men think they are entitled to have whichever woman they please and many believe they are kings while not even being able to provide. That's why rejection causes them to have extreme reactions. I'm not saying every man is like this, but it is an issue in our culture nonetheless.
