I was dumped by my LVM two years ago. We used to go on cute dates, I met his daughter (from the previous relationship, I should have seen this as a red flag as he had a second massive relationship). I met his old friends and had lots of good times with them.

Noted, I was 27 and he was 45.

He had been separated but swore it was over.

Speed to 3 months later he dumped me for the kids (from the second relationship) but I knew it was for the ex/not really wife who had gone through his bank details and discovered I existed.

He dumped me shortly after she had contacted me on social media to tell me he’s a narcissist. They got back together. It killed me as I had grown a real relationship with his daughter.

Fast forward 2 years and he’s getting divorced.

Hits me up on linked in of all places as his number is blocked and tells me he’s all for family now and just needs to find the right person. Moved on to a HVM my age who will never stop telling me I’m the best thing he’s ever come across and the ex was pissed I didn’t wait.
