I recently broke up with my boyfriend[26M] due to me moving abroad. We were in love with each other and dating on/off for 9 months but we also had a lot of issues. He had the tendency to judge my personality (good or BAD) because he is older than me. Especially I was feeling choked about certain things he did. So, even though I was broken about leaving I knew it was the best decision for my well-being. After 2 weeks I went on a date with another guy which I actually liked (Not catching feelings though). Was more of a distraction. My ex figured out from the way I talked/texted that I started seeing someone, and said it is disrespectful. I clearly told him I respect our love and what we had but we need to move on. I shred a lot of tears for him and felt like killing myself a few days after separating. I was mentally not in a good space but now leaving all the toxicity behind made me feel good. Plus, I felt sexually not satisfied so tought this new guy can help me with that. I know it is a bit soon to move on but I also don't want to drown in my depression feeling alone and horny. My ex is on tinder swiping so it feels unfair for him to tell me I am being disrespectful.

Last night he called crying saying his roommate will move out because he is constantly yelling and being unstable. Apparently I broke him to pieces and ruined his personality. This was never my intention so now I feel like I am like the worst possible human being. I wanted to cut touch way before with him but he was obsessed saying "i love you" everyday for our "bond". I knew this was wrong since we are separated but accepted anyways after all the arguing. I really just wanted to move on for my mental health. I definitely was not looking for a new relationship. Now I don't know what to do.
