I'm libertarian, but Biden/Kamala taking over is going to be FAR worse than anything Trump could ever do. We're about to regress 200+ years with these clowns in office. I'm sick of censorship, feminism, and PC culture. And those 3 things have ramped up tenfold in the last year alone. It's scary to think about how much more rapidly and effectively they'll be able to spread and implement their agendas when they're occupying positions of actual power.

They're "cancelling" the current president, and there's talk of the 2nd amendment being revoked. Idk all the data (concealed or open carry), but states that allow I believe open carry have far less gun violence. If everybody is armed, anyone with malicious intent is likely to be shot before they ever harm anyone at all.

With big tech censorship and the 2nd amendment being revoked, we will be living in 1984. Wouldn't surprise me if they mandate covid vaccines, they're already planning on requiring it for international travel.

Lots of bad shit going on, and Trump is the only guy up there who wants to keep us free from tyranny.

Trump's the most anti-war president we'd had in a long time. He did his best to protect the borders. Wanted big pharma to be more transparent. He did more for the environment than people gave him credit for, for example, he signed the Save our Seas Act. We had tax breaks that put left more money in our pockets. Repealed that awful penalty people had to pay for being uninsured. Trump's also a big supporter of free speech and preserving American values and our history.

I'm sure there's more, but that's what I can think of at the top of my head.

Look at it this way: Representitive Government was an expedient from an era that the fastest means of communication was a man on a horse. Its logical reason to exist ceased with the invention of the telegraph.

I suggest everyone read what Elon is talking about for a government on Mars.... its called a "direct democracy", ie there are no "misrepresentitives" the representitive form of government is prone to guess what? Corruption.

Are you familiar with the concept of populism?

Since the 1990s, both of the major political parties in America had abandoned the working class. They signed international agreements that favored large corporations and the wealthy over the middle class. For example, there used to be manufacturing jobs that middle class people could work their entire lives and live somewhat comfortably. But most of those jobs got sent off to other countries like China. There are entire cities in America that used to be manfacturing hubs but are now abandoned ghost towns (see the Rust Belt). To make things worse, there was now increased competition for whatever service jobs were left for the middle class as illegal immigrants were allowed into the country en masse. The large supply of low-skilled labor meant that these workers could be paid less. All of these things were to the benefit of the wealthy. Large corporations now had access to extremely low-cost labor and access to a customer base that was now global. (Interestingly, in the 1980s, it was the Democrats who were against immigration because it was bad for the lower class, but the Democrats stopped caring about lower class Americans in the 1990s.) Small businesses could not compete. The rich got richer and the poor got poorer. There was also heavy consoldation in media. Six corporations were now controlling like 90% of mass media, and they had zero interest in letting go of that power.

So Trump comes along and he says he is going to undo a lot of this. He was going to put tariffs in place that would make it more expensive for an American company to manufacture their goods outside of America, which would help create more manufacturing jobs here. He was going to make it more difficult for illegal immigrants to come over and compete for low-skill jobs. He was going to have our supposed allies pay for their share of their own national defense so that America could spend that money helping out its own people instead. He was going to have pharmaceutical companies price medicine at the same low rates that other countries were getting (American's were basically the only ones paying high prices for medicine and were essentially subsidizing the low prices people in other contries were paying). In short, he was going to put America first. This was very appealing to the middle class, so they elected him President in 2016 even though he was not a politician.

During his term, he tried. He had some success, he had some failure. There was a lot of resistence to his goals from the establishment who wanted to keep poor people dumb and poor, and wanted to keep having America supporting other countries financially at the expense of its own citizens. The people who control information were particularly against him and that is why you were constantly told that he was dumb, racist, impulsive, boorish, crazy, etc.

2020 was a huge setback for populism. Not just because of the elections, but COVID is also making this far far worse for the middle class and small businesses and making things very very good for the rich. America is now an authoritarian country.

This is just how one random dude with Internet access sees things. If you want sources on any of this info, go look it up yourself. I have no interest in doing that work for you unless you are going to pay me to do it.
