Adding: I'm getting downvoted because I dared say that men don't really participate in house work and parenting and still get treated like heroes if they remember they have kids and do the slightest parenting thing. Everyone in that thread is crying about how poorly single dads are treated by society (I have no idea what world they live in but it's obviously not realistic), how men are neglected when being great parents and how women take all the credit.

The one in the post is a woman, so... I have no more to say, just for fellow women, men aren't neglected for being parents, they chose to not participate in parenting and it's just accepted that they do nothing as long as they have a job to feed themselves only.

As I said in a different thread, men are typically shit caregivers to children. They want a gd medal for making box Mac n cheese while women work a full time job and get scolded for reheating a meatloaf she made the day before.

And if they are single fathers, they’re quick to move onto the next woman ASAP because they can’t handle half the responsibility that a single mother can.
