I think "alpha" is really a vibe someone gives off. You just know when someone has that sense of authority/confidence about them. They don't need to tell you, you should already know.

Generally speaking, yes, an alpha demonstrates his status through actions, not words. She does go on to point out that it’s actually the lioness that does the hunting though!

I watched Iliza’s Elder Millennial show over the weekend too, and found her to be fairly obviously clued up on red pill philosophy - she uses the terms alpha and beta, uses the names Chad and Stacey, and also demonstrated understanding of male and female sexual strategies, and evolutionary psychology.

Her synthesised computer voice impression is eerily on point too.

I also think it’s ridiculous to expect a person to be alpha at all times and in every scenario.

When I’m at the hospital alone, I am the man. I make the calls, the decisions, my word is final.

When my boss in there, I (obviously) defer to him.

When I attend someone’s else’s workout, I am a student and learning from them.

When I run my own workout, I own the room.

If you need somebody to save a dying animal in an emergency situation, I am the guy. If you need someone to land a helicopter in an emergency situation, I am certainly not the guy.

Knowing when to lead and when to follow is part of being an adult.

Edit: For what it’s worth, female lions actually do the hunting.

Alpha's are doers and talk less. Actions will always tell you the truth of a person regardless of gender.
