To start with I am really into horror movies. I thought this movie called "Wrong Turn" looked like a interesting Blair Witch kind of movie so I went to watch it. But man it was truly a wrong turn...

The movie starts on a good vibe. A group of young adults venture into some woods to camp outside. Since this is a horror movie one of them gets killed fairly quickly by a falling log trap. Great! Then they notice some strangers lurking and start following them, interesting.

All nice and gory... so far so good. One of the guys gets kidnapped by some strangers via a trap and his friend group (Two couples) find him being carried by some masked strangers. They try to intimate the them and the guy gets loose.

Since the guy is now free he starts to beat one of the strangers on the the head in a rage. By the way I think this was portrait in a very gruesome way on purpose. Kind of like he was possessed.

Anyway, long story short. They all get captured by the strangers who turn out to be a old American tribe who live without any modern technology. The guy who killed one of them gets executed and the only one couple is left. The guy is to scared to do anything and so the girl whores herself out to the leader of the tribe so she and her boyfriend can live.

Her father (A very pathetic oldish man) tries to rescue her from the tribe. Fails dramatically and she ends up trying to rescue him by escaping. Her boyfriend being the good old beta he is wants to stay in the tribe (Of course). She ends up killing multiple people. Even when she is nearly getting killed and her father tries to save her, he fails miserly and she has to save her self.

I stopped watching the movie there. I had enough of this bullshit!

So what message is this movie teaching teenage guys? If you try to save your own and your friends life you are a horrific man that will be shunned by society and get killed. But if you don´t you will become a beta that nobody respects and your woman will sleep with the next alpha. That is alright though because that woman will save your life and pity you ass for ever. Of course it doesn´t matter how many men she betrays and kills, because all woman are angels.
