All girls do this in some way or another. "We're not having sex tonight". "I'm not that kind of girl". All shit tests. She absolutely LOVES sex, but does not want to be seen as a slut.

Sometimes you have to escalate a little more slowly. Think 2 steps forward and one back. Give her a little comfort too. If she say's no, then you back off, otherwise you keep escalating.
