I am assuming if she stopped cause of pain you were too rough to fast. I am personally gifted in the male department and I've found I need to work up to being rough and then some things just flat out hurt. Rough sex should be eased into if you have not had any previous sexual history with partner. Otherwise it can be too much for her and lead to this type of result.

I don't know where you went wrong during sex. Maybe you took it too far. Maybe she didn't appreciate you pulling out at the first sign of pain. You'll figure it out.

If you're inexperienced, I would lay off of the rough sex until you've had plenty of "normal sex" experience.

This was your mistake, that you were not able to interpret the negative feedback about what you were doing with her. If you knew what you were doing, with a new partner you would have started off slowly, progressively getting just a bit rougher as time passes, while calibrating your technique with her feedback.

All women are different and some don't like the rough stuff. I don't care what you've read on here, some women simply cannot handle rough sex, and especially from an inexperienced partner.

She most likely wouldn't have told you when she was home if the FRA were going to happen.

She most likely felt like the instant rough sex meant you thought she was a dishrag whore. The atmosphere in the room changed because she regretted it. The worst thing you can make a woman feel like is a whore. Now, when they're comfortable with you they want to "play" YOUR whore in the bedroom, but they don't want you or themselves to actually believe that's what they are. She probably had an "oh shit" moment where the first time you banged you were drunk as shit and treated her like a hooker. She hated the feeling, you were a little too rough, and after it was over she hated herself, but she will blame you.

After sex you always want to make them feel comfortable and not feel like a whore. Hold them, tell them jokes, kiss their forehead. It was too late for you to do that, obviously, but you have to make sure she is comfortable and 100% on board with whatever you're doing. Didn't sound like she was.

If you are, you likely have actually caused her pain. I know this personally. The quickest answer to this is:

Do you need lube for the first session? Not, "as an excuse or delay", but is she bleeding from abrasion after you wreck her? If that's the case;

Slow the fuck down. Seriously. Slow down. Keep good lube on tap/in the glove compartment. The warming oils can cause burning in a lot of girls, just go for the normal water based stuff. Unfortunately no matter what you do micro tearing is likely.

The vagina will slowly stretch to accommodate ludicrous sizes but you can't go hate fucking without prep and expect it to be pleasurable. It's unfair.

More importantly, not all women are wet for what they want. Feel it out. She's likely an idiot expecting the rated m version of Disney stories. "If you really want him it can't hurt". This is common fantasy but utterly Bullshit. How hydrated does she stay? How's her diet? Where is she in her cycle? Etc. All make a difference. Doesn't really matter what size you are if she carries dry, some lube is required, and it can reframe the whole experience, instead of being dominated she'll feel violated. Just my 2c.
