Look for a health and wellness coach in your area, tell them your concerns and what you want to improve in. If they can’t help ask if they can refer you to someone who can.

Generally you have two things you should worry about as a man and it’s two simple rules that everyone knows about

Rule 1. Be good looking Rule 2. Be attractive Rule 3. Keep failing but don’t stop trying

Rule 1 is about how you can maximize your overall looks. Nice hair, good skin, nice teeth, tasteful clothes that match your personality. Most importantly is your body, health is wealth. More plates, more dates and lift weights. Building muscle is essential.

Rule 2 you have to be attractive in someway, shape or form. This is more important in my opinion. It basically boils down to confidence. How well you can communicate your intentions and thoughts. Your intellect and wit. How quickly you adapt to your surroundings. Being skilled in something that’s a tangible result, fuck computer bullshit and video games. Be good at something that you can show someone. Martial arts, musical instruments, skating, snowboarding, surfing, wood working, etc.

Rule 3 strive for more, all the time. When you feel yourself getting burnt out. Relax and enjoy your rewards

Focus on improving yourself.

How's your hygiene, do you shower more than once a day? Do you apply cologne correctly? Do you know how your body reacts to deodorant vs anti-perspirant? Is your beard neat/are you clean shaven? Are you taking care of your skin?

Females can assess this in under a minute when you approach, all the swag, wit and humor won't overcome B.O., poor hygiene or a fucked up haircut
