How do you guys get people to listen to you or command presence?

Don't talk too often, women talk a lot, men only speak when its necessary. Practice deepening your voice. Practice not being dissuaded when people interrupt you. And read the book Charisma Myth, my advice to you.

Louder is not commanding. Go join a local Toastmasters group and learn to speak properly.

People don't want to hear what you have to say because they don't see you as valuable or important. Changing the content or approach to your delivery will not change anything.

Also, being the one who is always speaking is usually a disadvantage. You can't elicit information if your mouth is constantly running.

If they continue to interupt pull your phone out and stop listening. When there finally quiet finish what you were saying.

"EXCUSE ME, I'M TALKING HERE." - loudly

"HEY, did the middle of my sentence interrupt the beginning of yours?" - get their attention. Then when they are quiet, "Thank you... now, as I was saying before I was rudely interrupted..."

"Don't interrupt." - command it

"You interrupted me - I'm this close to leaving."

Pretty much directly confront it. Or be the louder talker. Their talking over you is a challenge. Two can play at that game. You can recognize what they're covertly doing, and then take it to the ridiculous extreme (borderline yelling over them), or call them out directly at it. And make sure to look them at the eyes as you do it. Body language is important here. People actively test your borders and will walk all over you if they see that you let them.
