Going for an interview for a contract I already accepted. Basically a meet and greet with the boss. This is for a regional disability help center funded by the city. The guy interviewing me, and the guy that will be giving me orders is blind.

How can I not be awkward and keep it cool? I don't want to be that annoying guy that has to tip toe around him being blind, always being overly nice/polite, but I also want to remain professional.
