Don't confuse hygiene with the normal, natural odour that every woman has. Even straight from the shower, every woman smells a little differently. And FYI, the way that you perceive her individual odour has a lot to do with a cluster of genes called the major histocompatibility complex. There are people who, simply because of their genes, will emit a smell that you will find unpleasant. It's not her fault and it's ignorant of you to lump that cause in with the other things you listed.

Furthermore, of the causes you listed, in my experience if a woman smells good to me (because of genes) then it doesn't matter if she's had a shower too recently. She'll still smell okay even when she's sweaty. You also mention assuming she's a whore. That seems kind of ridiculous to me. The vagina is incredibly hostile to semen. It cleans our shit up in pretty short order. I doubt there's any relationship between promiscuity and odour - but hey, maybe you and I are dating different women.

Normally this is caused by non-std bacterial fauna. Not even really an infection because it is benign other than the smell. A course of antibiotics would likely take care of it. She would need to go to the Doctor to talk about it. This is only relevant for girls you plan to see again.
