By letting her pull away. The fact you’re trying to pull her back is lack of frame. More so you are in HER frame. Always be ready to walk away

You lost your frame because you got emotionally attached and that makes sense since you entered into a relationship. You no longer saw her as just a plate, but a potential wifey (don’t try deny it) that made you soft and more sensitive to her behaviour.

Look, I’ve been there before. The key is to “kill the story”. Yes, that’s right. When we catch feelings we tell ourselves a story about the person we’re with: “She’s so amazing” “She’s the one” “She’d never do me like that” “That’s my girl” “I love when I’m with her” etc. the list goes on. Often the story is not in line with reality. These are stories with made up after to small snippets of intense happiness or intimacy.

When you kill the story, you start to see reality. “You know what, this chick isn’t any different from any other chick”, “If she acts up, I’m outta here”, “This girl is trying to pull me out of my frame”. These things go through your head when you’re thinking straight.

Masculine men don’t “fall” in love. Women don’t want your love, they want your protection and guidance. They don’t want you to be emotional and be reactive, they want you to be calm, nonchalant and unreactive to their shit tests.

Detach yourself, then IF she comes back, be nonchalant and stop acting like you give af.

Let her pull away and focus on your self. It will be forgotten that anything ever happened and you continue to learn and grow and be better. Just fix the issues without speaking on them.
