They say they do it because men are higher risk, but with them banking 80% of premiums at this point and nearly nothing going to claims, they could easily afford the added “risk” of charging the same regardless of gender

The app for my AMEX card is constantly urging me to make sure I buy from black-owned businesses. I buy what I need, from good companies offering quality at a reasonable price. Why the fuck would I care what race a business owner is? Is American Express insinuating that black-owned businesses can't make it on their own unless we go out of our way to deliberately patronize them? Sounds kind of racist...
