However, these comments are unfortunately lightyears away from anything the reddit admins would act upon. They even claim that statements like "men have no value" and "women are just superior, period" are not against the content policies, so I guess that should give you an Idea of what we are talking about here.

The bottom one kind of makes sense. There's always a possibility someone's up to no good so it's a bad idea to go to someone's house alone if you don't know them well. But that goes for women as well. As for the others, what the fuck?! I'm not a man, but I highly doubt all of you worry when your sister is talking to another guy.

I can say as a rape victim and abuse surviver i see it as her dealing with her own messed up passed and not really facts . That tightness shows shes panicking but shes trying to remind her self "not all men" then anxiety and fear and doubt sets and starts questioning " then why did he do it ? " . Its a very common thought process of victims and it could be for anyone and you can easily can it to "her" or "them" instead and the same result . I feel the author was more so writing about her own battles dealing with ptsd more then anything else. Its not about "oh well hes a man so hes a rapist " its more about " he did this to me and i trusted him , so can i really trust another person or will it happen again" . And the saddest part it will range from any age if someone hurts them in that kinda way .
