the main reason i don't like feminism is the ruckus around manspreading

this is more figuratively than literally

I hate how the definition of sexism has transformed from "something that puts one gender at a disadvantage" to " something that only gives one gender an advantage"
Feminism should be about breaking down barriers that restrict everyone with a focus on women. Instead, it has transformed into breaking down building blocks for men even if they have no effect on women.

only parasitic behaviors should be classified as sexist, where one gender benefits while the other suffers, rather, mutualistic behaviors are classified as sexist, where (mainly) men benefit and (mainly) women are unaffected
