So long story short, I'm extremely not used to this. I haven't been this physically defined in my life in terms of just maintaining a healthy diet and gyming consistently daily. 29 y/o.

Women have been treating me complete 180 from what I'm used to. Generally, women would just be really boring in conversation, wouldn't try. No wide dialated pupils, preening or touching themselves.

Now they see me and can barely even talk, or some of them try to even initiate conversation which is just unbelievably foreign to me. Doesn't matter where I am - restaurants, DMV, dropping off forms somewhere - i'm just not even trying to interact or find women anymore and it just feels like everywhere I go i'm constantly being hounded by them - i'm not used to this and I don't like the feeling.

The problem I'm having is during these interactions, typically when the woman initiates or tries to converse with me for first time (when shes got heavy interest), I typically end up laughing at them due to how obvious it is they're interested. I'm unsure if its me losing respect or what because i'm not nervous at all, I just genuinely find these interactions comical and its legitimately making me a tad... uncomfortable, in a disinterested manner? I can't really put it to words but I don't really like this change, the attention isn't making me feel good, it's making me lose interest in interactions.

I've been monk mode just grinding on my business and myself so maybe I've just been isolated from it too long. I don't feel any animosity towards women or anything, I just don't understand why i'm pulling back from what feels like easy wins.

Any advice would be great. I also don't seem to have this issue if it's a woman not throwing wild IOI's at me or someone who's older / not someone i'm attracted to. It's just primarily girls who try to approach, hit on me, or are throwing me major IOI invitations.
