So, I met up a couple times with a girl that is new to the city and only staying for this semester. I was showing her the city and explaining things, since thats part of the program I am in and didn´t really try to make any moves. After the third meeting we went to my place, cooked, danced, played guitar and I tried to kiss her. She rejected the kiss by tugging onto me while dancing and tilting her head away from me and against my chest.

Anyway, I was going on with my life after that, since I took this as a definite rejection and moved on, deleted her number and did not text. In the course of a couple weeks and from time to time again she texted me, asking me to hang out and I told her, that I wont see her unless its a date. Since she is awkward af and Its exhausting to keep up with that. Well yesterday she texted me, asking me if we could spend some time together again. First of all: I read those messages as a no. She likes the validation from me (who does not) and wants to keep me in the friend zone. But why would she be so eager to meet me? Does she love my validation so much?

Looks wise, we kind of match I guess. I would rate me an 8, she is an 8 as well.

I realise I am over-invested, and a little under-fucked. Part of me wants to meet her again and just try things out because she is gone in 1 month anyway. Another part of me wants to tell her to fuck off and not reply.

What the heck is this text anyway, she changes her mind with every sentence.
