My grandfather was a navigator in the RAF. Did surveillance jobs over Germany. Was shot down at some point at the end of the war and broke his leg in the crash & spent time in a German hospital. Met his future business partner there. After the war they both came to Australia and started a building company. And the rest is history 👍🏼 Rip pop.

This strikes me as some kind of old-school martial arts honor code... Mind blowing. Did the German fighter explain why he did this? Sounds like he viewed the American as a non combatant due to being unable to defend himself, therefore no honor in killing him.

not your religion

Amusingly ignoring that it's precisely because we stopped following religion that the world went to shit. If we were still by Biblical rules women would be shunned for whoring around, stoned for adultery, divorce rape wouldn't be a thing, and being single would be pushed as a good thing. The more atheists a country has the more cucked it is as shown by pretty much every poll ever taken. Indeed "help your fellow man" is literally a core tenet of my religion. Weird that atheists need to be told to do it.
