You can't make her stop seeing him. She'll do it behind your back anyway. But what you can do is telling him to stay away from your house if you don't want him lingering around. I get it, he hurt your sister's heart. But your sis is responsible for ending it. Get a minute alone with him and tell him what you think without getting violent.

I tried telling my siblings to leave their stupid ass partners and they just resented me and isolated themselves. Tell your sis you don't like how this shit smells and then leave it at that. Don't be pushy. She is responsible in looking out for herself.
