Can you guys expand on the idea of frame?

Not letting things other people say or things beyond your control impact your mindset, emotions, and the way you carry yourself. Basically being in control of yourself and how you react.

Maintaining composure despite what is happening around you and how others are acting around/towards you, basically.

Here are some examples:

You’re living with a woman in her house = you’re in HER frame - not good

She’s paying for your healthcare - Her frame - not good

You’re riding in her car, she’s paying for the date - HER frame not good.

You have to be in YOUR frame at all times. In case she acts up , and she will, you can be free to speak your mind and/or do what you feel like doing, anytime you feel like doing it without fearing the consequences she might impose.

For example, she throws you out - so what, you have your own place

She cuts you off financially - so what, you make better money than her.

She breaks up with you - so what, you know other chicks.

Stay in YOUR frame always.
