You need to calm down.

You can’t have this sort of toxic people live rent free in your life.

It’s good you’re being proactive but you should by no means do her job.

if you’re her boss and manage the shop why can’t you fire her?

I can understand the frustration but these type of people will drag you down with every trick in the book to make you look bad, lazy people are the best at remaining lazy.

They live for the drama, always have to be right, and like being seen as the victim (even though they cause their own victimhood). Seems like your boss only gives a shit about the bottom line (money), so I'd say you should be actively looking for another place to work....since he has already shown you that he will side with the "money maker" instead of the manager who smoothly runs the entire store.

He will see once this Thot takes over how sales will plunge because of her drama, etc....

Fuck him, go where you are valued and there are a minimum of females as coworkers....if you are retail try working as a salesman in male dominated shops.....selling work clothes for laborers, gunshops, farm equipment, Lowes or Home Depot, Autoparts, Camping, Bike shop, Vape/Tobacco shops, Boat/ATV/Motocross/Ride on Lawnmowers, etc. dealerships.

Good luck. Record everything. Very hard to deal and work with. And it is even harder for you to come out on top with it being an issue with a female, even worse being a black female because now she has the race card to throw at you as well as the gender card. Cover your ass as much as possible. She is a shit storm waiting to happen.

Also you should be documenting any infractions in an impartial manner. Keep your feelings out of this and just document every no or argument over any instructions given. Any time she's late or what have you.

Unless you're in a mom & pop business you report to someone above you and documentation will help you let go of this person due to facts over feelings.

Especially important if there's an HR department.

Literally nobody enjoys working with them. They are some of the laziest most toxic people ever and they know they are basically unfireable.

When they enter the lunch room any fun convo you were having is done because even the slightest whiff of "raysism" and shes shambling over to HR to get you fired lol.

You need to ask yourself if you’re projecting on her. She’s sells the most clothes. Does she outright refuse to do her duties? Is she out ignoring coworkers that speak to her like you did cuz it was too much to deal? It sounds like you have weakness in you and using her as a scapegoat cuz she makes you feel weak.
