As a still young investor i know one rule when playing with stocks : buy low, sell high.

GME got me interested, but i think it was FOMO, the fear of missing out on a big win. I would have loved to see a 14$ stock rise to 400$ and then sell, but now i wont even touch one of those stocks. Too much risk, too much volatility.

My mistake early on was not looking at trends.

In 2011 someone told me to buy Tesla. I didn’t. Now I realize that I was only looking at it in a vacuum. Once I saw that states are having higher standards for emission, I should have known it would blow up. Also rising gas prices.

Reading the paper helps, sometimes a lot. P/E ratios and everything are good but knowing which stocks will have growth based on trends in the world is pretty important.

It’s trite and utter bullshit. People make money in the stock market over the long haul, or they spend their entire lives gambling like WSB did and get lucky.

That part about not having the info is generally correct, but only because most people will not take the time to find it. Everything you need to know is out there.

The rest? Just no. Sounds like the guy is a wealthy 1%. I’m 41 and the economy has absolutely sucked since I graduated. Trump is the first real good economy my generation has seen.

GME is about making the hedgefunds bleed, and we're still succeeding at that.. A short squeeze has no time frame and if you think FOMO was bad last week, you wait until it skyrockets in a few weeks and you all missed out because you got paper hands.

You know how much better off my childhood and parents themselves would've been if my Dad never lost his construction business in 2008? Fuck these hedgefunds.. I'm not a financial adviser but I encourage all of you to put some money in to help bleed these fuckers.

Lel it’s funny cause I’m writing a paper on this type pf stuff and know a decent number of people in IB/Portfolio management roles. But people think they’re a god the once they make $1k or 50% but you looking at the YTD performance and it’s fucked! Just buy the QQQ and hold! Don’t move your money! Stop thinking you’re a stock picking god because let’s be honest you never do the DD. Buy your SPY and QQQ and HODL. No chart reading or any of that bs just buy and HODL. Heck you can even buy NOBL or something just HODL and collect your tendies ✋💎🤚! I know you won’t listen so just bench mark you past performance against SPY or QQQ! You’ll be surprised
