My cousin got me a job at a company he has funded. In other words, it's pretty easy. Part of this involved leaving LA and moving to the San Francisco area. As a condition of the move, with my parents, I've agreed to rent a room about 10 minutes from his place.

He's now married, and a partner at his fund. As a result, he leaves me to my own devices.

I found a place on AirBNB with this lady. The first time I met her, she told me she doesn't have a boyfriend. She owns a gymnasium for girls to train as gymnasts and has done so for years. Not sure what she wants, though I got the impression that she wants to get to know me (definitely, on an intellectual level, if not a different one as well), as we were watching movies and TV programmes at home.

Tonight, she was watching the Bachelor, while I was working and eating some snacks, and said she wanted someone more intellectual in her life like me. I didn't look up from my screen. So, the question I have is, what do I need to do to confirm her interest in going further and initiate it?
