You gotta think long term for Investing Just find quality stocks and good ETFs and keep buying whenever you have the cash Hold for long term like years and only sell when you need the money like in retirement this will also reduce capital gains tax by holding more than a year As long as you are investing in something good then all you gotta do is hold in order to profit Don’t panic sell or buy

My business is real estate investing. I seriously don’t understand why people put money in anything else. My money partners make 8-10% and sometimes higher. Guaranteed returns, short term and long term depending on what they are looking for, and fully backed by real estate, so it can never go to zero, unlike stocks.

And even if the real estate market crashes, most of these investments are rental properties, so they will likely get MORE secure in a crash, not less.

I just don’t get why people take on all this risk with stocks when there are so many better options out there. 🤷🏻‍♂️
