If its your studies, study and learn well. Forge relationships with mentors who can help you break into your industry. Stay away from booze and weed, that shit is for when youre coasting not striving towards a goal. And while in college do not chase women. Your odds are low and the risks are high. Theyre getting attention from every swinging dick out there and being treated like starletts. Stick to your books, the gym, and set yoursulf up so when you hit 30 in a few very short years, you'll be primed for doing what you want to do in life.

Well I would recommend you purchase the Free Agent Lifestyle by Coach Greg Adams as it has good life advice for young men on various topics. It's only like $13 on amazon and if I would have had access to that information at 20 years old my whole life would be different. As for as myself honestly this is the advice I would give my 20 year old self.

Advice #1: Think about how much money you will need to make annually to live "comfortably" and find a job you wouldn't mind doing to make that much amount of money. I know everyone is going to tell you to chase "six figures" but honestly all the money in the world can't buy happiness. Free time is your new currency and working will take up a good chunk of your life SO make sure it's somewhere in the middle of "something you don't mind doing for awhile", "doesn't make you want to go postal" and "can pay the bills."

Advice #2: Research financial literacy and learn to make a budget. I failed on this and wish I didn't. I blew off a lot of money and racked up debt I never really needed that I'm still paying until this day. This is because this was a weak area for my family who kind of have a "buy now, pay later" mentality...and when they pay they only pay the minimum balance. In fact I was told not to "rush" and try to pay things back as fast as possible and I believed them because well they were 1. Older than me and 2. I trusted them. Rookie mistake. Do your due diligence. Over the years I have spent THOUSANDS on interest. That's probably my biggest mistake I have made in my life next to get married lol

Advice #3: Saving. Yes I know people give you some blanket "SaVe YoUr MoNeY" whatever but I was someone that needed structure to saving. What has worked for me has been doing the 52 week challenge, Basically you put aside a predetermined amount of money each month that gradually grows with the highest payment in december being $202. If you complete the challenge you will have $1,377. Right now you are 20 years old. If you did the 52 week challenge from now until you were 30 you would have $13,770 in savings! I recommend this to you because you are in college and might be one of the many "broke college kids" and this is potentially doable right now for you and you will see the results. I like this method because saving becomes like a game AND you still have access to a bunch of your money to do the things you want.

Advice #4: Life is short, have fun. There is more to life than working a 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Find what makes you happy in life and do that (within reason) You don't want to be one of those "live today and fuck tomorrow" type of people because of the instability but you also don't want to wake up 30 years from now and feel like you never got to "live." So find a healthy grey area.

Advice #5: Look into personality theory. Find out who you are and how you are different from others. It will literally impact every aspect of your life. Look into MBTI or Enneagram and get an idea of what your type is. This isn't some "horoscope" or whatever. You will learn what drives you, how you think, how you feel, your strengths, your weaknesses, etc. and be able to compare that to other people which can improve your friendships and/or relationships. Just like knowing what type of professor you have prior to taking a class is important, knowing what type of boss you have at work is important.

I'm in my 20s. My advice to you is to not settle down. Pump and dump and have a few casual relationships. Get to know women better. Get to have some experience. But do not get a girl pregnant or marry in your 20s. That's incredibly risky and can be the worst decision you'll ever make.

I'm a low level MGTOW. I believe in one night stands and FWBs. But I don't date. I'll never cohabitate because I know the risks attached and know that sex dries up and shit tests increase.

Just focus on yourself. Get through college. Get a job. Financially build yourself up. You might find a unicorn along the way. If you're going to date, find a woman who doesn't nag and is low maintenance financially wise. In this social climate, just try to save as much as possible and focus on yourself.

I always suggest joining a martial arts club.

If you put in the effort and show up regularly.. you gain not only a cool skill, a great workout, you also gain a great group of people to expand your life experiences.

Do the best you can. Doesn't matter if it's not "good enough".

Promise yourself to go to bed each day knowing you did the best you could, with the information that you had at that point. And if you went back in time, you'd do the same again.

We all feel lost even the guys that are 60 years old or so my grandfather once said. The only thing that should make us afraid is the whole "what if" go out and take your chances because in the end it'll make you all the wiser. Don't do illegal stuff though lol.

Realize you aren’t alone. I’ve felt like this at times. But stay active— both physically and mentally. Exercise frequently and read books or listen to podcasts.

Additionally, I’ve been thinking of getting into meditation, but I haven’t yet.

Lastly what helps me is moving toward an ultimate goal... which you get to choose for yourself.
