I'm in my 30s and have everything sorted out in terms of life. Great career, sweet flat in the centre of the city. I'm fit, can talk to chicks and be cool for the most part.

One thing holding me back my whole life in terms of attracting next tier women is my nose. It's straight up huge and asymmetrical. Not "oh, he looks interesting" fucked up kind of nose, just straight up an ugly schnozz. I look good in photos from one angle only, everything else just makes me cringe.

I've looked past it my whole life, but I've realized I have reached my maximum potential unless this shit gets sorted out. So I've booked a rhinoplasty surgery.

How do I address my new look with people in my social circle, my job, etc? I'm not going to go around saying I had a nose job, but the change will be obvious. I will need to repeat the same story several times to different people. I know the answer is to DGAF, but let's be real, you can't just blow off your friends when they ask you why your face looks different since the last time they saw you.

Since I've never done something like this before, what's a chill, IDGAF way to approach this when someone points out how I look different?
