It's been statistically shown that black and Hispanic women like being catcalled.

All other women don't seem to like it that much. Probably because of cultural reasons.

I'm not into any black women, so you won't see me doing it.

Seems pointless unless you're in a culture where this is normal flirting behavior.

In another culture, buying a woman a drink would be highly offensive.

Like in all things, it's whatever mood a woman is in. If she's feeling ugly that day, someone saying you look hot as you walk by might make her feel better. If it's the 60th guy that day doing it, it's probably annoying.

Is what OP said here defined as cat calling? Cause cat calling as I understood it was just yelling stuff from far away at women or something, usually derogatory comments. What OP is mentioning here is just attempting to pick someone up no?

In general exchanging glances is more than enough.

Catcalling doesn't reflect well on both individuals anyway, and women of lower stature do catcall out of bad habit.

It doesn't work and guys generally do it when they're drunk or trying to make someone feel uncomfortable. On a scale of 1 to 100 of things anyone should give a toss about, catcalling is about a zero.

For me, it's a waste if time and effort. That sort of thing is for serious red pillers and PUA. Besides, isn't it counter-productive? Aren't you suppose to treat the beautiful women (that you might be tempted to cat call) poorly, and plain ones like princesses? Or something like that, I don't remember.
