Start with getting some self-confidence. Then hit the gym. I'm 170cm myself, but never had any issues with women (partly because it's average height in my country) . But the argument still holds. EDIT : She says something about height, ask for her weight. Height is genetic, but weight most of the times depends on the person

You're actually 5'7". That places you in the shorter end of average. But hey, if you're still 5'7" and want go fuck some sluts, you have to get fit. You don't have to get jacked (in fact, you probably shouldn't unless you only date gym girls. You'll just look like you're overcompensating) but get some lean muscle at least.
