Divorcing my wife, she's asked to sell the house before the divorce is filed. She may or may not be requesting alimony or child support once the divorce is filed.

I'm looking for any potentials pitfalls from doing this. We have about $50,000 in positive equity that we've decided to divide evenly. Either I'm going to buy her out of her equity in the home or we're just going to sell it outright and split the difference. I really appreciate any insight into this.
