My lawyer sent me the draft for our separation agreement today. It looked good, it encapsulated everything me and my STBXW talked about. But in reality it is not what i want, she seems confused about what she wants, and with our daughter in the middle idk if I should give up so easily. It's been 6 months since problems started and 3 weeks since she moved in with another man. But with all of that it hasn't affected my love for her, it has only made the uphill climb further if we try to make it work. But she won't commit, to anything. If anyone has been in this situation before and tried to stick it out, how did it work for you? Was it worth the ongoing pain or did it end up poorly?
