Yeah CPS can't overrule a court order, but they can easily get one if they felt it necessary.

Document, the refusals. But be patient. Don't instigate a fight, don't demand or try to threaten anything.

CPS will talk to you, get your side and close your case if there isn't any evidence. They won't just take moms side of the story.

When you get to court you tell your story and it will work itself out.

what state? CPS can not over ride a court order in many states. You should still get due process.

Unless they close the case immediately, get an attorney. Trust me.

Document everything. CPS is required to document everything. Send stuff via email to document. If CPS 'forgets' to document, then bring it up as incompetence.
