I'll keep this short.

My ex ruined our 15 year marriage with her alcoholism and planning a kidnapping / murder that was drunkenly planned. Cops didn't care because she "never executed the plan". CPS did though. She was removed, I deemed safe.

18 months later now. With therapy got my son through a depression so deep he had a suicide plan. She has yet to visit. She was supposedly sober. Divorce in progress pro se (but I have a lawyer on retainer just in case). In one of her responses she stated she was a lesbian. No idea why. But it's in the court records.

Monday after mother's day, she sent me a weird "I'm coming to take him" text. Yay for quarantine. Nothing happened.

Last week I received a large check in her name from a former car loan (certain stagecoach bank in big trouble for fucking over people). Taking the high road, Icalled her and asked her for a address (that she had yet to give the courts) to send the check. Did not open letter, but you could see without opening.

During the conversation I asked about the elephant in the room (meaning the weird text), she opened up that she was back to drinking, had gone on a bender, but was now seeing a leading psychiatrist (who I know through my work, in a non treatment way) and individual therapist, group therapy and had a miscarriage last month. /record scratch.

1) So she is sleeping with multiple men after declaring dead bedroom due to her being a lesbian. Her life, I dont care. But the court will. Yay for being in a backwater southern state. (Note: I have been on dates but nothing intimate).

2) I have had to pay for all therapy and... well everything.. for my son. I know her psychiatrists rates. She can afford them, and also seperate group therapy. Yet can't send a dime to help her son.

3) the check from that bank? Oh yeah now supposedly that's what she needs to visit. On Father's Day. Has to work "every other weekend"

Fuck this. Tomorrow morning its game on. Lawyer engaged and modification submitted to take her to the cleaners. I'm done being the nice guy.
