You need to get a VAR, voice activated recorder, and keep it on you at all times. Also make sure that you have your GPS location setting on for your phone. This way, if the cops do come, you can show them that you haven't been to your former house and have had no contact with your WW. If she approaches you, make sure your recording and di not engage with her. If the cops come, you have the recording to clear your name.

None of this sounds illegal. You are, as a parent and spouse, entitled to all of that information. I needed my ex-wife’s SSN and still have it saved somewhere because I still need it occasionally.

I can’t believe the police would get involved in something over FIOS.

My Dude! When our ex's don't get there way they cry to who ever will listen. The list of the things my ex accused me of while we were going through the process is staggering.

She accused me of: rape, DV, hacking her email/bank/anything else/stealing from her, being a deadbeat dad(when she owed me childsupport); getting HER fired, preventing her from getting a job, etc etc. The judge did not care about any of it. Not one thing and when she tried to bring it up he SHOT HER DOWN.

The cops told me before after my 2nd attest that my STBX is crazy and will continue with her bullshit. So here it is, more bullshit. I can’t do anything and if she does get me arrested again for this nonsense then I will definitely lost my job.

UPDATE:

Now I get a message from my mother stating that my STBX said if my mother doesn’t answer her. The cops will get answers from my. I already contacted the 2 lawyers that handled my criminal court cases via txt, and I’m currently I’m waiting for them to call me back now. I cannot believe this at all. I don’t know what to expect or do.

So apparently I was just txted by the guys that I’m being watched and that she will call me later to explain everything she found out.
