Finally my judgment came through today! The good! I got my house. She to be out in 60 days after I give her equity check. The bad - got hit for 29% alimony - not lifetime though - till I’m 67 so 12 years!
The not so good - have to give her some inheritance and the difference on the worth of the vehicles. She keeps one of her pensions and I liquidate mine from previous jobs giving her 1/2.

Have to get all the financials in order now.

Thank you reddit community - for all your insight - there is a light at the end! I know there will be bumps ahead but I made it and the judge came through! One year after trial and two and a half years post filing!
