Birth control! Already there is a big discussion about people using deception involving birth control. Even in my Phys Ed class, we had a lot of discussions about birth control and abortion. I think that that was a great thing except that they only warned us about males poking holes in or removing condoms/lying about vasectomies. No one should do any of those things without telling their partner but I don't know why there was no talk about women lying about "the pill". This surprised me, even more, when I saw clips where even on TV there were people encouraging women to trick their partners f they didn't want to have a child because "it's the woman's right to choose". Like WTAF?!? No one cares if a woman does this but if a man does they scream bloody rape. To all feminists lurking in the sub, Consent. is. not. consent. if. given. under. the. influence. of. a. lie. therefore, it is legally rape and should be charged as such. The man should be able to opt out, which in most cases, he can't. Also, I know I said to all feminists and I know some of those feminists will agree with me so just wanted to acknowledge that this post is not meant as an attack or argument with feminism, more as support for men. Just included that because Feminists with whom I have argued often disagree turn this into a fight about which gender has it worse/what the punishment should be. I just want the social discussion brought up and any punishment introduced. Feel free to drop opinions/articles in the comments.
